I am THRILLED to announce that 9 weeks and 6 days after our fingerprint appt with USCIS, I finally have our golden ticket, the I-171H! We are officially approved to adopt our kiddos! Next step, writing a letter to each of our three new sweet children introducing them to their forever family....FINALLY! We had to wait for this document to come in before our cildren could learn that after over 2 years at Gladney's foster care center, that they do in fact have a forever family! WOW! I am excited and nervous and my stomach is in knots. Oh, and I failed to mention that they will also be learning that one of their very best friends, Grace Bizuayehu, is now going to be their sister! AGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hair is standing up on my arms Kristi! Does Grace know now? Those kids are going to be so excited and doubly blessed...to have a family and to realize they will be with Grace! I wish I could be a fly on the wall when they come to that realization!!
