When Grace came home from school today, I looked through all of her papers and found that she should wear red, black, or white on Monday and told her so. She said "Yes, because it is the nurse's birthday." Imagine, an entire school honoring the school nurse in that way! (I am a nurse so I can dream right?!) Well folks, Grace is supposed to wear red, black, or white in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday! :-)
How funny is that?!?!?! So then I had to explain who Dr. Seuss is and that he is not the school nurse! :-)
I have been a slacker at taking pictures but here is proof that our oldest still lives at home and that she even sometimes grace us with her presence. :-)

So funny! I don't think I'll ever read another Dr. Suess book again without thinking of nurses. So cute!
